Job Requirements
- Current student at Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee
- Enrolled at least half-time in a degree diploma or certificate-seeking undergraduate or graduate program
- Have a valid United States Social Security Number
- Remain in valid visa status as applicable
- Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
- In good disciplinary standing
- Be located in the U.S.

- Basic Mac computer skills
- Basic software skills for word processing spreadsheet and databases
Job Duties
- Answer phones emails filing photocopying and running errands
- Reserve conference rooms at the college for staff and faculty using event management software
- Compose work orders for room setups
- Manage project-based tasks such as filing and inventory databases and conducting independent research on products and services related to special events
- Assist with event coverage at high-profile events including greeting guests working check-in tables and assisting with last minute details
- Work during Commencement events in May
- Perform some after-hours work at events
