Job Requirements

  • 5+ years as a budget administrator or coordinator in the theatrical, film, and live event industries
  • proficiency with Mac, Excel, Numbers and Keynote
  • experience creating or managing budget database systems
  • strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a budget administrator or coordinator in the theatrical, film, and live event industries

Job Duties

  • Track and coordinate project budgets
  • review crew rates
  • ensure accurate purchase requests through spreadsheets and internal tools
  • monitor vendor spend and review budget line items for estimates and invoices
  • coordinate overall budget with producers, vendors and cross functional leads
  • communicate budget targets and schedules to production team
  • act as key point of contact internally and externally
  • review and advise on production plans to ensure feasibility and alignment with company, union, and legal standards
  • provide regular budget updates and forecasts to producers, managers and finance partners
  • maintain a diverse pool of freelance talent and vendors
  • assist with production wrap-up and archive materials, files, and finances
