Job Duties

  • provide administrative support using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
  • act as liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments
  • support team to reach common goals
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
  • perform reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
