Job Duties
- provide administrative support using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
- act as liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process
- develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments
- support team to reach common goals
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
- perform reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
