Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to support multiple departments administratively
  • strong organizational skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • capability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift, carry, push, and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
  • willingness to perform reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior administrative experience preferred
  • proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • bilingual skills in Spanish and English are an asset

Job Duties

  • prepare documents using word processing software, spreadsheets, databases, or presentations
  • serve as liaison between sales office and customers throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases
  • provide administrative support to multiple departments including guest services, engineering, and food and beverage
  • ensure smooth operational flow across hotel departments
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
  • maintain professional appearance and communication standards
  • report accidents, damages, or hazardous conditions to management
