Job Requirements
- Minimum of three years hotel or conference center experience
- Demonstrated corporate event planning and execution experience
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and time management
- Proficiency in data entry and handling large datasets
- Detail-oriented with emphasis on accuracy

Job Qualifications
- Three to five years experience in hotel or conference center event planning
- Proven experience in corporate event planning and execution

Job Duties
- Plan, organize, and execute a high volume of corporate events including conferences, meetings, and morale events
- Collaborate with customers to understand their event objectives, preferences, and budgetary needs
- Manage sales goals focusing on seasonal menus, theme menus, capturing new events, and customer tastings
- Deliver profitable new business revenue growth
- Develop and grow the customer base
- Adhere to Eventions policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service
- Provide guidance and support to onsite vendors and internal teams
- Lead site visits to review event needs and specifications
- Manage multiple events concurrently ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams for seamless event execution
- Professionally communicate available services, recommendations, policies, fees, and event needs to customers
- Anticipate trends and potential issues proactively
- Provide seamless high-level customer service management for events
- Manage events across Puget Sound Campuses
- Perform other duties as assigned
