Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior corporate event planning experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Proficiency in managing virtual meetings
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and program logistics
  • Must be fully remote capable

Job Duties

  • Seeking an experienced Event Planning Coordinator based out of the west coast on a temporary to permanent basis that is fully remote!
  • Will be ensuring that commitments are met on-schedule and within budget for the various events including webinars, seminars and conferences
  • Will NOT be attending events but will be handling the logistics of coordinating the events
  • Must have Corporate Event Planning experience
  • Maintaining consistent communication with sales representatives and internal employees throughout the meeting planning process
  • Coordinating onsite and virtual meetings
  • Handle daily phone and email support up to and including communication with sales representatives and faculty
  • Running various reports
  • Setting up virtual credit cards for dinner meetings
  • Communication with Clients and Faculty
