Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications
- 3+ years in meeting planning preferred
- financial industry experience preferred
- exceptional computer skills including word, excel, access, outlook
- experience using mail merges, creating graphics, and utilizing databases
- excellent grammar, editing and proofing skills
- attention to detail
- ability to tolerate peak workloads and multiple assignments
- strong customer service commitment
- excellent organizational skills
- self-starter
- ability to work independently
- ability to travel approximately 20%
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist with the coordination of 1-1 meetings for conferences including scheduling and inputting meetings
- assist with the coordination of larger events including meeting logistics and room setup
- prepare and distribute multiple registration and attendance reports
- create and maintain the conference website
- work on meeting and travel logistics with directors and senior planners
- prepare communication materials including invitations and signage
- independently coordinate smaller events from conception to completion
- create cost proposals, budgets, and recaps for events
- proof conference and event marketing materials
- coordinate transportation needs for programs
- develop and maintain vendor and client relationships
- undertake additional projects as assigned
