Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • minimum one year of related work experience
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • capability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance

Job Duties

  • meet with group coordinators or hosts before banquet receptions to ensure all arrangements are agreed upon
  • read and analyze banquet orders for guest information and event details
  • attend to and fulfill special banquet event preparations
  • follow up on special banquet requirements to ensure compliance
  • comply with company safety policies and report maintenance, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • maintain professional appearance and uniform
  • protect company information and assets
  • support team members and treat colleagues with dignity and respect
  • achieve common team goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • physically assist in moving objects up to 25 pounds
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • inspect tools and equipment for defects
  • reach overhead and below the knees
  • navigate confined or elevated spaces
  • greet and recognize all guests according to company standards
  • communicate politely and professionally
  • perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
