Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years event planning and management experience in a fast-paced corporate setting
  • Knowledge of US event venues and vendors
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Proficiency in event management tools such as Cvent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for events

Job Qualifications

  • 4 plus years in event planning and management within a corporate environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Familiarity with US venues and vendor landscapes
  • Proven relationship-building skills at various organizational levels
  • Professional integrity and cultural sensitivity
  • Willingness to travel for events
  • Basic commercial and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

  • Ability to adapt style and approach as required

Job Duties

  • Assist in planning and executing internal and external events
  • Support event lifecycle from requests to post-event reporting
  • Collaborate with business units for event success
  • Manage branded merchandise and corporate gifting initiatives
  • Prepare budget reports and maintain financial controls
  • Source and manage vendor contracts and service levels
  • Support on-site execution and staffing
  • Conduct post-event debriefs and feedback surveys
  • Maintain compliance with regional regulations
  • Contribute to venue selection and event production processes
