Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant event experience
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
  • Leadership qualities and team player mindset
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Proficiency with office and event-related software

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of event experience
  • Knowledge of audio-visual production and equipment
  • Ability to create budgets and understand profit and loss statements
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous management and leadership experience
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in general office equipment
  • Experience with or ability to learn Flex software
  • Hospitality degree or experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist project managers with organizing audio-visual production for corporate events from design to execution
  • Meet with clients to determine event needs and budgets
  • Design floor plans and stage sets
  • Coordinate with vendors and venues for event logistics
  • Oversee loading and unloading of equipment and on-site setup
  • Manage event timelines and deadlines to ensure seamless event execution
  • Liaise between clients and technical teams for high-quality customer service
  • Participate in design reviews and project meetings
  • Prepare and manage job costing for budget control
