Job Requirements

- 1-2 years of relevant event experience
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Proficiency with office and event-related software
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of event experience
- Knowledge of audio-visual production and equipment
- Ability to create budgets and understand profit and loss statements
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
- Previous management and leadership experience
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in general office equipment
- Experience with or ability to learn Flex software
- Hospitality degree or experience preferred
Job Duties
- Assist project managers with organizing audio-visual production for corporate events from design to execution
- Meet with clients to determine event needs and budgets
- Design floor plans and stage sets
- Coordinate with vendors and venues for event logistics
- Oversee loading and unloading of equipment and on-site setup
- Manage event timelines and deadlines to ensure seamless event execution
- Liaise between clients and technical teams for high-quality customer service
- Participate in design reviews and project meetings
- Prepare and manage job costing for budget control
