Job Requirements

  • 1+ year of event planning experience, ideally in arenas or similar venues
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • CAD or drawing experience is a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible, sometimes demanding schedule
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless events
  • Collaborate with teams on setup, ticketing, guest experience, and event staffing
  • Develop event diagrams and schedules, and distribute details to the team
  • Monitor event finances, handle settlements, and assist in ticketed event management
  • Be the go-to for client communication, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled, handling guest safety and ADA protocols
  • Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
