Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
  • Willingness to work variable hours
  • Experience managing large-scale corporate events
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Previous knowledge of event industry standards
  • Availability from February 2026 to September 2026
  • Ability to work in Baltimore, Boston, or New York City

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Knowledge of local event vendors and venue capabilities
  • Proficiency with calendar and project management tools
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate events from inception to execution
  • Serve as the primary client liaison and relationship manager
  • Manage the event project including budget tracking and scheduling
  • Liaise with venues and ensure alignment with event vision
  • Coordinate with and manage all vendors involved with the event
  • Oversee setup and execution on event days
  • Support sales administration tasks in start-up markets such as vendor catalog creation and client walkthroughs
