Job Requirements
- 5+ years of event experience in an agency setting
- CMP certification preferred
- Proven experience working directly with C-suite executives and high-net-worth clients
- High fluency in Cvent and Google Workspace
- Experience with project management tools and AI co-pilots
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage complex budgets and logistics independently
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%

Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of event experience in an agency setting

- High fluency in Cvent (advanced), Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Experience using AI co-pilots for content generation, vendor sourcing, or data analysis
- Proven ability to use data and AI-generated insights to measure event ROI and adapt strategies mid-program
- Organized, high-initiative individual with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build a project from the ground up to a fully budgeted, timed-out event plan

- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20%
Job Duties
- Act as the lead point of contact for multiple elite clients (biotech, pharma, VC, and tech), managing the relationship from kickoff through post-event debrief
- Take high-level, often ambiguous client requirements and translate them into a concrete, actionable project plan from the ground up
- Build and manage complex budgets (typically at least $1M), ensuring 100% financial accuracy and identifying cost-benefit savings
- Lead the sourcing and negotiation for premium vendors, including venues, high-end F&B, and complex registration workflows for events with at least 100 attendees
- Work within the Meeting Tomorrow ecosystem, pulling in internal creative and production teams to ensure the event blueprint and technical AV design perfectly support the client's goals
- Lead on-site during show days, managing vendors and internal staff with authority and a calm under fire demeanor
