- sales, operations, or assistant background is a plus
- previous experience in event planning or partnership/affiliate management is a plus
Job Duties
- Schedule and manage launch calls and run-throughs
- coordinate with the marketing team on key assets such as emails, landing pages, follow-up sequences
- test, manage, and deliver all partner-facing promotional materials
- track registration and revenue goals to ensure event success
- lead post-event debrief calls and capture lessons learned
- renew existing partners, especially those that don't require new negotiation
- identify evergreen opportunities and grow recurring revenue per partner
- manage invoices and commissions in partnership with the finance team
- ensure on-time commission payouts and performance bonuses
- send partner appreciation gifts and touchpoints to keep morale high
- take administrative and coordination tasks off the Head of Business Development's plate
- act as an executive assistant when needed to help move deals forward faster
