Job Requirements
- Previous event planning experience required
- reside in or be willing to relocate to MD, DE, VA, PA, DC, or WV
- ability to support hybrid work schedule with onsite presence during event preparations
- proficient in event logistics and data management
- strong problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- Four plus years of conference or event support experience
- high school graduate or equivalent
- intermediate to expert skills in Outlook and Microsoft Office
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Coordinate meeting, seminar, and travel logistics
- manage procurement processes
- handle data management and problem resolution
- coordinate calendars and meeting requests
- organize, plan, and manage all aspects of event planning including registrations and reservations
- provide professional and proactive customer service
- develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners and vendors
