Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years of relevant event planning experience
- Experience with luxury brands or ultra-high-net-worth clients preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce and event management software such as Cvent or Blackthorn
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
- Solutions-focused approach under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years of event planning experience preferably in financial, professional services, or luxury brand sectors
- Proven success managing logistics for multi-city or high-touch events
- Experience with ultra-high-net-worth clients or luxury environments preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce for guest management and event reporting
- Skilled in managing event budgets and measuring ROI
- Demonstrated professionalism in client-facing roles
Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality events aligning with business objectives
- Source and secure venues, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and logistics from setup through teardown
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs
- Serve as on-site host ensuring seamless guest experience
- Develop event collateral in partnership with marketing and brand teams
- Anticipate and manage risks or disruptions during events
