Job Requirements
- Proven ability to plan and execute professional events with emphasis on client experience and hospitality
- Polished interpersonal skills and ability to engage confidently with executives, clients, and ultra-high-net-worth guests
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
- Proficiency in Salesforce and event management platforms such as Cvent, Blackthorn, or comparable tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
- Creative mindset with ability to design brand-aligned experiences
- Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion in all client and firm interactions
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed for event execution
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years of event planning experience preferably in financial services, professional services, or luxury brands
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end logistics for multi-city or high-touch events
- Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients or luxury brand environments preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce for guest management and reporting
- Experience overseeing event budgets and measuring ROI
- Demonstrated professionalism and brand representation in client-facing settings
Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality events that align with business and relationship objectives
- Source and secure venues, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships including catering, decor, and production
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and logistics from setup through teardown
- Collaborate with marketing leadership and regional teams to build and manage guest lists, invitations, and follow-up communications
- Serve as the onsite host and representative at events ensuring a polished and inviting atmosphere
- Partner with marketing and brand design teams to develop event collateral and support marketing campaigns
- Anticipate potential issues and develop contingency plans for event risk management
