 - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
 - Excellent communication and follow-up skills
 - Comfortable coordinating between departments and keeping stakeholders on track

Job Duties
- Schedule and manage launch calls and run-throughs
 - Coordinate with the marketing team on key assets including emails, landing pages, and follow-up sequences
 - Test, manage, and deliver all partner-facing promotional materials
 - Track registration and revenue goals to ensure event success
 - Lead post-event debrief calls and capture lessons learned
 - Renew existing partners, especially those not requiring new negotiations
 - Identify evergreen opportunities and grow recurring revenue per partner
