Job Requirements

Experience with Hubspot and CRM or pipeline management
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable coordinating between departments and keeping stakeholders on track

Previous experience in event planning or partnership/affiliate management is a plus

Job Duties

Schedule and manage launch calls and run-throughs
Coordinate with the marketing team on key assets including emails, landing pages, and follow-up sequences
Test, manage, and deliver all partner-facing promotional materials
Track registration and revenue goals to ensure event success
Lead post-event debrief calls and capture lessons learned
Renew existing partners, especially those not requiring new negotiations
Identify evergreen opportunities and grow recurring revenue per partner
