Job Duties

Manage incoming event leads and turn them into booked business
Plan and coordinate birthday parties, company outings, school events, and private celebrations
Serve as the main point of contact for guests before, during, and after events
Create event timelines, menus, and layouts while keeping everything organized
Work alongside our catering, operations, and amusements teams to deliver flawless events
Be on-site during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
Promote events and specials to drive revenue and repeat business
Deliver exceptional guest service every step of the way
