Job Requirements

  • Government-issued clearance with polygraph
  • experience in sponsor event planning
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to work independently
  • certification or willingness to become certified as a docent
  • experience managing workflows and processes

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event planning and management
  • mid-senior level professional experience
  • ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams
  • knowledge of Sponsor event planning requirements
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • ability to obtain and maintain government-issued clearance with polygraph
  • certification or willingness to become certified as a docent

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute events both on and off government sites
  • maintain relationships with former personnel and stakeholders
  • coordinate with Sponsor offices for event planning
  • manage and improve OAR processes and workflows
  • potentially serve as a certified docent for museum tours
  • support stakeholder engagement activities
  • work independently to meet project goals
