Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service or related event coordination
  • proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM software
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • leadership ability to manage and train staff
  • capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting during shifts
  • must be available to work weekends and holidays
  • employment may require background check
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software
  • strong communication skills with the ability to convey details clearly to guests
  • leadership qualities to train and coach new and existing staff

  • physical capability to perform active duties such as walking and lifting
  • availability to work holidays and weekends
  • must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • contacting already booked events and providing detailed information about their upcoming event
  • answering any questions from the party contact prior to their arrival
  • cashing out parties
  • maintaining the standards set by the company on party execution
  • helping oversee the host staff with cleaning party areas, delivering food, setting up banquet spaces, and any day of duties needed for event execution
  • handling any guest issues with their event with support from the operations team
  • weekly administrative duties such as planning party area execution, making game cards, scheduling hosts, contacting party contacts to discuss event details, and answering questions about event and package details
  • answering incoming phone calls and email messages about bookings and events
  • booking birthday parties via phone and walk-in guests
  • updating reports with new information about upcoming events
  • outreach on booking new events under direction from sales director
  • assisting with the GIFT program during events
  • assisting the party host team on daily duties
  • re-stocking and cleaning of party spaces
  • acting as point of contact for any party issues on event day
  • hosting events when not performing coordinator duties
