Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in event coordination or customer service preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
  • Must be physically able to perform job duties
  • Availability to work holidays and weekends
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Excel and CRM
  • Solid time management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation and focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong people skills with the ability to communicate details to guests without confusion
  • Leadership qualities to train and coach new staff and existing party host staff on expectations
  • Ability to handle consistent physical activity including walking, bending, and lifting
  • Must be able to work holidays and weekends
  • Employment may require background check
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Contacting already booked events and providing detailed information about their upcoming event, along with answering any questions from the party contact prior to their arrival
  • Cashing out parties
  • Maintaining the standards set by the company on party execution
  • Helping oversee the host staff with cleaning party areas, delivering food, setting up banquet spaces, and any day of duties needed for event execution
  • Handling any guest issues with their event, with the support of the operation team
  • Weekly administrative duties such as planning party area execution, making game cards, scheduling hosts, contacting the party contact to discuss details of the event, and answering questions about the event and the package details
  • Answering incoming phone calls and email messages about bookings and events
