Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in valet, automotive, or related industries
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in various weather conditions
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage payroll and employee scheduling
- Availability to work scheduled days which include Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Job Qualifications
- Supervisory experience preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and clients
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrating quick thinking and effective decision-making
- Detail-oriented and organized with effective management of schedules and operations
- Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 5 years driving experience and a clean record
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the Event Parking Team including recruiting, training, and overseeing daily parking operations
- Ensure efficiency and service excellence by maintaining high operational standards
- Monitor safety and compliance through regular safety reviews and enforcement of company policies
- Strengthen client relationships by acting as the primary contact for dealership leadership
- Oversee payroll and scheduling, managing employee time tracking and budget allocation
- Develop future leaders by mentoring staff and identifying growth opportunities
