Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in valet, automotive, or related industries
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in various weather conditions
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage payroll and employee scheduling
  • Availability to work scheduled days which include Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Job Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills demonstrating quick thinking and effective decision-making
  • Detail-oriented and organized with effective management of schedules and operations
  • Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 5 years driving experience and a clean record

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the Event Parking Team including recruiting, training, and overseeing daily parking operations
  • Ensure efficiency and service excellence by maintaining high operational standards
  • Monitor safety and compliance through regular safety reviews and enforcement of company policies
  • Strengthen client relationships by acting as the primary contact for dealership leadership
  • Oversee payroll and scheduling, managing employee time tracking and budget allocation
  • Develop future leaders by mentoring staff and identifying growth opportunities
