Job Requirements
- Must have a current valid driver’s license
- Must pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must be available to work an average of 5 event or equipment shifts per month
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on call
- Compliance with uniform policies and event operation standards
Job Qualifications
- Experience supervising or leading a team
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with payment and cash handling systems
- Knowledge of campus geography and parking procedures preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Completion of required training and adherence to policies
Job Duties
- Coordinate event related assignments and equipment for parking attendants
- Make quick decisions related to unique event variables
- Work independently with or without supervision
- Provide detailed onsite event briefings
- Oversee parking attendant sellers and manage ParkHub payment system
- Adhere to CU and Parking Services Internal Audit policies
- Keep Event Managers informed about equipment, personnel, and event topics
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest needs
- Maintain knowledge of campus geography, parking facilities and procedures
- Read and understand event position assignment documents
- Complete all required training for University and Parking Services
- Track assigned events and assist in departmental operations
- Respond to emergent needs as directed by supervisor or leadership
