Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, billing or scheduling functions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a complete background check with no criminal or felony convictions
- Ability to work under moderate to high stress and unexpected interruptions
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
- Occasional walking around office or campus
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- 2-4 years of customer service, billing, or scheduling experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of parking management software and university parking operations preferred
- Experience with T2 PowerPark Flex and BANNER software preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Job Duties
- Coordinate and allot parking permits for special events at the University of Denver
- Maintain and update a master calendar of parking events and requirements
- Answer phone lines and perform data entry for permit purchases, citations issued, and payments
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage citation appeals
- Train new office or field personnel in customer service duties
- Resolve billing disputes and track overdue accounts
- Maintain accurate records using PowerPark FLEX and reconcile financial reports
- Prepare and maintain confidential customer files
- Greet and assist faculty, staff, students, and guests
- Assist in implementing operational improvements and new technologies
- Perform special projects and support division needs as assigned
