Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- 2-4 years in a customer service or billing position and/or scheduling functions
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of computer software
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass a complete background check with a clean record and no criminal or felony convictions

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient with parking management software such as T2 PowerPark FLEX preferred
- Knowledge of university parking operations and BANNER software preferred
- Ability to maintain professional conduct in stressful situations
Job Duties
- Coordinate and allot parking permits purchased for special events at the university
- Maintain a master calendar of parking events and requirements
- Perform daily office operations including answering multiple phone lines and data entry
- Train new office or field personnel on duties and customer service skills
- Act as an intermediary to address customer complaints and billing disputes professionally
- Record all transactions in PowerPark FLEX and ensure billing accuracy
- Prepare, file, and maintain confidential customer records in both paper and electronic formats
- Provide front-line customer service by greeting and assisting university faculty, staff, students, and guests
- Receive, adjudicate, and respond to customer citation appeals
- Collaborate with coworkers to improve daily office operations and implement new technologies
- Perform special events duties in absence of primary coordinator
- Carry out other duties and special projects as assigned
