Job Requirements
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Can work a flexible, event-based schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Can understand and communicate conversational English
- Demonstrate professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Can be on your feet and moving around the venue for several hours at a time
- Work effectively with people of different backgrounds and abilities

- At least one year of customer service experience
- At least one year of cash handling experience
Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests and staff in a fast-paced environment
- Handle cash and cashless transactions in and out of the garages
- Handle all guest and staff interactions in a friendly and professional manner
- Stay updated on building information and communicate policies
- Manage gate entries and staff parking passes to help maintain a secure campus
