Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- 3-5 years of audiovisual experience required
- Completion or validation of training and certifications as per Encore’s global program
- Valid driver’s license if operating company vehicles
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Availability for irregular hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, stooping, bending, grasping and climbing occasionally
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- 3-5 years of audiovisual experience required
- Completion of Encore’s Global Learning Training Program for internal applicants
- Achievement of necessary training and certifications within 60 days for external applicants
- Knowledge of technical theory
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Experience leading workflow and teams
- Valid driver’s license for roles involving company vehicle operation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Familiarity with DOT requirements if applicable
Job Duties
- Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh, and removal of equipment
- Performs daily floor management including directing technicians workflow and advising management on operational efficiencies
- Ensures flowsheets are updated and completed correctly
- Coordinates communication for event management with the team
- Attends venue meetings to support event operations
- Provides excellent customer service adhering to Encore’s service standards
- Maintains positive client relationships and checks equipment setup during events
- Monitors events and customer satisfaction continuously
- Assists in training technicians on floor activities and operational standards
- Mentors new hires and fosters a positive work environment
- Responsible for setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment
- Troubleshoots technical issues promptly
- Ensures compliance with security and safety measures
- Secures equipment to prevent theft or damage
- Performs preventative equipment maintenance
- Leads proper security, storage, transportation, and maintenance of equipment
- Participates in physical inventory counts as requested
