Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of audiovisual experience required
  • Must meet and complete all training and certification requirements as determined by Encore’s Global Learning Training Program
  • Valid driver’s license if operating company vehicles
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Must meet any applicable Department of Transportation requirements
  • Must be available to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform required job functions as detailed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of audiovisual experience required
  • Knowledge of technical theory
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading workflow and team members
  • Valid driver’s license for positions that require operating company vehicles
  • Completion of Encore’s internal training and certification requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely equipment setup, refresh and removal
  • Performs daily floor management by directing workflows and assisting with labor scheduling
  • Participates in crew scheduling focusing on talent alignment and event requirements
  • Updates and completes flowsheets accurately
  • Coordinates communications for event management
  • Attends venue meetings and supports management in operational compliance
  • Provides technical equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Ensures equipment security, proper storage, and transportation
  • Participates in physical inventory counts and preventative maintenance
  • Engages with clients on site to ensure event expectations are met and to maintain positive relationships
  • Assists in training and mentoring technicians and new hires
  • Upholds and models Encore’s service and operational standards
  • Supports team compliance with operational excellence and service standards
  • Leads team in managing workflow and achieving client satisfaction
