Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required
- Must complete all training and certification requirements within specified timeframes
- Knowledge of technical theory
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Experience leading workflow and team members
- Valid driver's license for positions operating company vehicles
- Additional DOT requirements if applicable
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to meet physical demands such as standing, walking, stooping, crawling, kneeling, bending, reaching, and grasping for extended periods
- Ability to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call status
- Adherence to appearance guidelines
- Ability to work in varied environments including hotels, warehouses, and outdoor conditions
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required
- Knowledge of technical theory

- Valid driver's license if operating company vehicles

Job Duties
- Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment
- Performs daily floor management including directing the workflow of technicians and assisting with labor scheduling
- Participates in crew scheduling process focusing on talent to task, business levels, and event requirements
- Ensures flowsheets are updated and completed properly
- Works with team to establish coordinated communications for event management
- Attends venue meetings such as banquet event order meetings and conferences
- Assists management in team member compliance with operational and service standards
- Provides suggestions for scheduling and operational efficiencies
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains positive client relationships
- Meets with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment is functioning
- Monitors events and checks in on customers throughout the day
- Assists in training technicians on floor activities and company standards
- Serves as a mentor for new hires
- Leads setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate AV equipment
- Troubleshoots technical issues promptly
- Complies with company security and safety measures
- Performs preventative maintenance on equipment
- Participates in physical inventory counts
- Leads team in proper equipment security, storage, transportation, and maintenance
