Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 4+ years of audio visual and customer service or hospitality experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of audio visual equipment
- Proficiency with computer hardware
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet
- Strong leadership and customer satisfaction skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Over 4 years of audio visual and customer service or hospitality experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience leading workflow and team members
- Working knowledge of audio visual equipment in live show environments
- Proficiency with computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership abilities and customer service focus
Job Duties
- Manage daily floor activities and workflow of technicians to ensure timely and accurate delivery of equipment and services
- Provide direct supervision of team members including scheduling and time keeping
- Review and approve billing with clients, advising management of potential challenges
- Ensure daily equipment sheets are properly completed
- Manage inventory control procedures maintaining safety and quality assurance
- Attend BEO, pre-con and pre-production meetings as needed
- Delegate tasks appropriately
