Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 4 or more years experience in audio visual and customer service or hospitality
- At least 2 years supervisory experience
- Ability to lead teams and manage workflow
- Knowledge of audio visual equipment in live settings
- Proficiency in computer hardware and software
- Strong leadership and customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years experience in audio visual and customer service or hospitality
- At least 2 years supervisory experience
- Experience leading workflows and teams
- Working knowledge of audio visual equipment in live show environments
- Proficiency with computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership skills focused on customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Manages daily floor activities and workflow of technicians to ensure timely delivery and equipment functionality
- Provides direct supervision including scheduling and timekeeping
- Reviews and approves client billing and advises management of any challenges
- Ensures proper completion of daily equipment sheets
- Manages inventory control to maintain safety, security, and quality assurance
- Attends BEO, pre-convention, and pre-production meetings
- Delegates tasks appropriately
