Job Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in audio visual and customer service/hospitality
- At least 2 years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of audio visual equipment in live show environments
- Proficiency with computer hardware and software
- Ability to lead teams and manage workflow
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years audio visual and customer service/hospitality experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Proven team leadership skills
- Working knowledge of audio visual equipment in live show environments
- Proficiency with computer hardware
- Skilled in computer software including Internet and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership abilities with customer satisfaction focus
Job Duties
- Manages the daily floor activities and workflow of technicians to ensure timely, quality delivery of services and equipment
- Provides direct supervision including scheduling and time keeping
- Reviews and approves client billing and communicates challenges to management
- Ensures accurate completion of daily equipment sheets
- Maintains inventory control with emphasis on safety, security, and quality assurance
- Attends BEO, Pre-Cons, and pre-production meetings
- Delegates tasks appropriately
- Reviews quotes and recommends cost efficiencies
- Supervises and mentors staff to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
- Provides superior customer service and maintains positive relationships with clients, team members, and vendors
- Meets guests onsite to ensure needs are met and equipment functions properly
- Promotes professional appearance and adherence to company standards
- Fosters positive work environment based on company core values
- Hires, develops, leads, and motivates team members
- Drives training and professional development efforts
- Manages human resources issues including performance and salary administration
- Utilizes company computer systems and ensures team training
- Registers team members for additional training as needed
