Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in event management or hospitality operations
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of compliance standards in food and beverage service
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to lead and mentor a diverse team

- exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- in-depth knowledge of hotel operations including audio/visual, food and beverage outlets, culinary, engineering, and sales
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proactive mindset with foresight to anticipate guest and event needs
- comprehensive understanding of event planning processes from start to finish
Job Duties
- Collaborate with the sales team and head chef to deliver exceptional events that exceed guest expectations
- plan event layouts, oversee venue setup, and ensure all event elements such as tables, linens, and centerpieces are perfectly arranged
- coordinate staffing needs and prepare work schedules for banquet servers and event staff
- oversee the smooth execution of meals and beverages, ensuring seamless service from seating to table clearing
- manage liquor and soft drink availability when required and maintain compliance with service regulations
- act as a leader and mentor by coaching and training team members to ensure operational excellence
