Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Four or more years of audio-visual and customer service or hospitality experience
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience
  • Experience in leading workflow and team members
  • Working knowledge of live show audio-visual equipment
  • Proficient with computer hardware
  • Proficient with computer software and programs including Internet and Microsoft Office
  • Effective leadership skills
  • Customer satisfaction focus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of audio-visual and customer service or hospitality experience
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience leading workflow and team members
  • Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment in live show environments
  • Proficiency with computer hardware
  • Proficiency in computer software and programs including Internet and Microsoft Office
  • Effective leadership abilities
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus

Job Duties

  • Manages the daily floor activities and workflow of technicians to ensure equipment and services are delivered on time and as specified
  • Provides direct supervision of team members including scheduling and time keeping
  • Ensures billing is reviewed and approved by clients and advises management of any challenges
  • Manages inventory control procedures to maintain proper levels and ensure safety and quality
  • Attends BEO, Pre-Cons, and pre-production meetings as needed
  • Delegates tasks appropriately
  • Supervises and mentors staff to ensure client satisfaction and revenue maximization
  • Provides outstanding customer service and establishes excellent working relationships
  • Meets with guests onsite to ensure needs are met and equipment is functioning properly
  • Portrays a polished, professional image and ensures team adherence
  • Promotes a positive working environment aligned with core values
  • Hires, develops, leads, and motivates a team of technicians and support staff
  • Drives professional development and training to improve skills and service
  • Manages human resource issues including performance management and salary administration
  • Utilizes company computer systems and ensures team training
  • Registers and recommends team members for additional training opportunities
