Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years of experience in event operations or coordination
- proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- strong attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- availability to work on-site during events
- knowledge of safety and fire regulations relevant to events

Job Duties
- Researches potential vendors
- prepares RFQs and contributes to the negotiation and selection process
- executes pre-event, onsite and post-event stakeholder services with venue and service providers
- supports event registration and related processes including vendor interface and on-site activities
- supports and implements customer service programs that set quality standards
- monitors floorplan development and assists with Fire Marshal approval
- documents and executes standard operating procedures
- monitors event operation budgets and provides monthly forecasts
- documents and executes production schedules
- provides exhibitor assistance before, during and after events
- performs other duties as assigned
