Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 2 years' experience in event management or food and beverage
  • ability to work full time on-site
  • strong leadership qualities
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle guest complaints and provide solutions
  • knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
  • capacity to manage inventories and scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years' experience in event management, food and beverage, or a related professional area
  • knowledge of banquet operations and event service standards
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Job Duties

  • Direct and motivate the banquet operations team
  • monitor and control financial and administrative responsibilities including asset protection
  • communicate effectively with stakeholders involved in events
  • identify training opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • manage banquet supplies and inventories
  • ensure adherence to sanitation and safety standards
  • lead shifts and participate actively in event servicing
