Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • minimum 1 year management experience
  • at least 2 years banquet captain experience
  • knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry
  • experience with event planning and execution
  • ability to use MS Office Suite and database software
  • familiarity with POS register systems
  • strong communication skills
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

  • 2 plus years banquet captain experience
  • knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry
  • experience in event planning and execution
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Host special events
  • manage a team of event hosts
  • oversee all event setup areas
  • collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • build strong connections with clients to exceed guest needs
  • complete event reporting and use feedback for continuous improvement
  • forecast events and schedule staff appropriately
  • counsel and discipline staff following HR policies
  • be flexible to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
