Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum 1 year management experience
- at least 2 years banquet captain experience
- knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality industry
- experience with event planning and execution
- ability to use MS Office Suite and database software
- familiarity with POS register systems
- strong communication skills
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Host special events
- manage a team of event hosts
- oversee all event setup areas
- collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
- build strong connections with clients to exceed guest needs
- complete event reporting and use feedback for continuous improvement
- forecast events and schedule staff appropriately
- counsel and discipline staff following HR policies
- be flexible to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
