- 2 years experience in event management, food and beverage, or related professional area
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage inventories and schedule staff
- knowledge of relevant laws and sanitation standards
- experience in guest relations and handling complaints
- capability to conduct training and lead team meetings

- High school diploma or GED, 2 years experience in event management or food and beverage, knowledge of banquet operations, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, ability to manage financial and administrative responsibilities, customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Projects supply needs for the department, applies knowledge of all laws related to events, manages banquet operations to maximize customer satisfaction, adheres to and reinforces all standards and policies, maintains sanitation levels, manages inventories and equipment, schedules event services staff to maximize profits
