Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in event management, food and beverage, or related field
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of event-related legal and sanitation requirements
- Ability to manage financial and administrative tasks
- Skilled in team coordination and staff scheduling
- Commitment to customer service excellence
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Proficiency in inventory and equipment management
- Willingness to participate in safety training and human resource activities
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years experience in event management, food and beverage, or related professional area
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of event laws and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage budgets and forecast supply needs

Job Duties
- Direct and motivate the banquet team to provide high-quality service
- Monitor and control financial and administrative responsibilities including asset protection
- Communicate clearly with all stakeholders involved in the event
- Identify training opportunities and implement strategies to achieve goals
- Project supply needs and manage departmental inventories
- Adhere to all laws, standards, policies, and sanitation levels
- Schedule staff to meet service standards while maximizing profitability
- Lead banquet team meetings and delegate tasks to improve performance
- Act as liaison to kitchen staff and lead events service shifts
- Engage with guests for feedback and promptly resolve complaints
- Empower employees to deliver excellent customer service
- Conduct safety training and manage human resources activities
- Review guest feedback and implement corrective actions
- Participate in relevant meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
