Job Requirements
- H.S. diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in event production or live event planning
- Familiarity with contracts
- Strong technical and IT skills
- 2 years experience with on site or remote client technical support
- 2 years experience with IP networking preferred
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel preferred
- Strong operational skills including troubleshooting
- Understanding of Android and iOS products
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Must be able to work outdoors and long hours
- Passion for live events
- Passport required
- Willingness and ability to travel 60-75% annually including weekends and holidays
- Ability to enter Canada and the UK
- Must be vaccinated prior to client event attendance

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in event production or live event planning
- Familiarity with contracts and strong technical skills
- Experience with on site or remote client technical support
- Knowledge of IP networking and protocol support preferred
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and support skills for hardware and networking
- Proficient navigating Android and iOS products
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Strong professional communication skills
- Ability to self-start and work independently
- Ability to lift 100 lbs and work outdoors
- Passion for live event experiences

Job Duties
- Manage a portfolio of events and execute on site deployments for Leap Event Technology
- Work independently and creatively to deliver exceptional client service
- Maintain expert level proficiency in at least three Leap Event Technology products and understand integrations
- Create and manage budgets for events ensuring accurate cost projections
- Provide escalation support to Client Support team for software and hardware issues
- Perform remote system support, system QA, and publish technical documentation
- Travel extensively to support events and represent Leap Event Technology on site
- Collaborate with multiple departments to create operations plans and lead contractor teams
- Stay current on new event technology and contribute to product development and testing
- Support operations team initiatives and manage events during weekends, holidays, and peak periods
