Job Duties
- Collaborate with the sales team and head chef to deliver exceptional events that exceed guest expectations
- plan event layouts, oversee venue setup, and ensure all event elements such as tables, linens, and centerpieces are perfectly arranged
- coordinate staffing needs by preparing work schedules for banquet servers and event staff
- oversee the smooth execution of meals and beverages ensuring seamless service from seating to table clearing
- manage liquor and soft drink availability while maintaining compliance with service regulations
- act as a leader and mentor by coaching and training team members to ensure operational excellence
