Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand, crouch, kneel, lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in a relevant hands-on support role
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Punctual and presentable
- Adaptable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Experience with event setup preferred
- Forklift operation experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist with setup and takedown of event equipment and furniture
- Make changes to event floor plans as requested
- Provide hands-on support across ballpark projects
- Deliver excellent customer service during events
- Monitor ballpark security and access points
- Operate baseball pitching machines during selected events
- Assist with client and vendor load-in/load-out
- Maintain and monitor furniture and equipment storage areas
- Perform light maintenance work including painting, staining, and assembly
