Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move and lift objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work full time

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions to confirm arrangements
- Read and analyze banquet event orders for guest information and setup requirements
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up to ensure compliance with banquet event details
- Adhere to company safety and security policies and procedures
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Communicate professionally with guests and team members
