Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- facility or office management experience
- event logistics experience strongly preferred
- experience operating audiovisual equipment a plus
- professional and courteous demeanor
- ability to communicate orally and in writing in a professional setting
- computer competency
- capable of heavy physical work
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds and move equipment and fixtures frequently
- flexibility to work non-standard event schedules including early mornings and late nights

Job Duties
- act as liaison with the General Services Administration and other building tenants including engineers and security guards
- oversee client and vendor activities during events and load-out periods
- ensure protection of the museum by conducting pre- and post-event inspections and reporting damages
- coordinate internal program and event setup and breakdown
- manage load dock activities
- perform heavy physical work including lifting and moving equipment
- other duties as assigned
