Job Requirements
- currently enrolled in undergraduate courses in event management and/or hospitality related field, second year or higher preferred
- ability to handle stressful situations onsite with tact and professionalism
- must be detail oriented and a self-starter
- excellent time management skills to meet deadlines daily
- proficiency with all Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word

Job Duties
- assist with the final operational details of the DCI summer tour and world championship events
- prepare event and on-site materials for corps and staff
- cross-train with ticketing, business development, and marketing departments to gain a comprehensive event perspective
- provide administrative support to INpact and BANDtastic middle school band programs
- play an on-site role in executing DCI World Championships and other midwest DCI events
