Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in administrative or clerical roles preferred
  • experience working in banquet operations preferred
  • flexible schedule
  • ability to move or lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Duties

  • enter and retrieve information using computer databases and office equipment
  • update records, files, reservations and respond to guest inquiries
  • transmit information or documentation via computer, mail or fax
  • draft letters, memos and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database or presentation software
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and distribute accordingly
  • create and maintain filing and organizational systems for reports, documents and records
  • support team members to achieve departmental goals
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned
