Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Part-time availability on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday as scheduled
  • Proficiency with computer databases and office software
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • Professional personal appearance and demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Enter and retrieve data from computer databases using keyboard, mouse, or trackball
  • Update files, reservation records, and respond to guest inquiries
  • Transmit information or documentation via computer, mail, or fax
  • Operate standard office equipment besides computers
  • Compose letters, memos, and other documents using word processors, spreadsheets, databases, or presentation software
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, date it, and distribute incoming mail
  • Create and maintain filing and organizational systems in both electronic and paper formats
