Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in event management or hospitality preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed
  • Knowledge of hospitality software and tools
  • Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in event or meeting planning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients
  • Deliver a successful experience for planner and attendees focusing on repeat and referral business
  • Respond quickly and professionally to all internal and external communications representing Concord Hospitality
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, meeting space, concessions, contracts, event orders, and billing
  • Gain thorough knowledge of hotel's food and beverage products, function spaces, and audio visual equipment to support event success
  • Demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills with attention to detail
