Job Requirements

  • Relocation to Anchorage, AK
  • Strong communicator
  • Excellent customer sales skills
  • Ability to manage multiple event types
  • Ability to coordinate vendors and rentals
  • Timely delivery of banquet event orders
  • Experience in corporate and social event planning

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in event planning
  • Previous hotel catering experience required
  • Previous sales experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Detail and execute corporate, social, weddings, and non-profit events
  • Oversee all phases of the event cycle to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Engage in catering, wedding shows, expos, fairs for company exposure
  • Conduct property tours and entertain planners of meetings, social events, and weddings
  • Deliver accurate banquet event orders on a timely basis
  • Coordinate with rentals, vendors, and all aspects of the events
  • Monitor, coordinate, and communicate event bookings
